Event Description

Bestselling author Emily Bazelon will be appearing this month at Culver City's Turning Point School as part of the school’s 2014-15 Parent Education Series.

Ms. Bazelon is the author of the national bestseller, Sticks and Stones: Defeating the Culture of Bullying and Rediscovering the Power of Character and Empathy. She also is a Senior Editor at Slate, and a contributing writer for the New York Times Magazine. She has also appeared on The Colbert Report, PBS Newshour, Morning Joe, Fresh Air, Morning Edition and All Things Considered.
