The Culver City Times was founded in April 2011 by Eddie North-Hager and Justin Scupine.

This is a community blog, where the residents and those who care about Culver City take responsibility for writing about what goes on their town.

Justin Scupine is a Culver City resident and has been tied to this city for most of his life, thanks to his grandmother. He is the managing editor.

Eddie North-Hager lives in the nearby Leimert Park neighborhood where he runs the Leimert Park Beat. Culver City was the first placed he lived when he moved to the Los Angeles area. He is the publisher.
