What Happened to the Sunkist Park Fire Station?

Does anybody know what's became of the Culver City Fire Department fire station at Berryman & Segrell Way (between El Marino Park and Sepulveda)? All the signage has been removed and there are some ad circulars piling up at the door. Is it closed for good? Where did the firefighters move to? What will become of that proprety?

Who are LAB Holdings, the (Ex-)New Owners of Centinela & Washington Property in Culver City?
