Culver City residents have an opportunity to receive up to two free high-efficiency toilets by participating in a one-day event in Culver City on Saturday, February 4, 2012. This water conservation program is sponsored by Culver City Public Works, Golden State Water Company, and West Basin Municipal Water District.

Residents qualify by having a toilet that was installed prior to January 1, 1992 and that uses 3.5 or more gallons per flush.

To participate in this high-efficiency toilet giveaway, customers must be pre-qualified for the event by calling 866-861-0784 or by filling out an application form online here.

No, that picture was just supposed to be funny. I'm getting one of the toilets tomorrow, so I can verify but I'm pretty sure it's going to be a regular toilet with cover etc.
