This Holiday season, Adopt & Shop  -- at the corner of Sepulveda and Culver Blvd. -- is hosting a "12 Pets of Christmas" promotion, offering $50 off adoptions throughout the month of December for pets in tough-to-place categories. These “underdogs” include: Chihuahuas, black pets, adult cats, bashful, senior, only, medical needs, overweight and long stay pets, big dogs, pitbulls and bonded pairs.

"Found Animals’ Adopt & Shop was conceived in support of a single belief: all pets deserve a home," says the non-profit. "Since our adoptable dogs and cats come from local shelters, every adoption saves the life of an at-risk animal. Because we’re a nonprofit, purchasing from Adopt & Shop helps more than your favorite pet, it helps all pets. Proceeds from our retail sales are reinvested to improve the well-being of animals everywhere."
