Zayde Naquib and partner Jereme Pitts are transforming a 3400 square foot warehouse space in the Hayden Tract area of Culver City into a specialty coffee wonderland. Bar Nine Collective, a new roastery and cafe, is expected to open at 3515 Helms Ave. in mid-October. Says Eater LA, "the expansive venue in the midst of the area's architectural firms, creative companies, and post-production studios will serve as an ideal meeting place to grab a cup of house-roasted joe."
