The Culver City Symphony Orchestra will present a concert featuring Faure, Debussy and Mendelssohn this Saturday, June 9, at 7:30 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Auditorium.
Fauré: Prelude, Pelléas et Mélisande, (1898)
von Weber: Concerto for Bassoon, 1st mvt (1811), Nathan Kirchhoff-Bassoon
Debussy: Children's Corner Suite, (1908)
Ibert: Flute Concerto, 1st mvt (1933), Leah Heit-Flute
Mendelssohn: Symphony No. 3, "Scottish" (1842)
General Admission is $20, Kids 18 and under ar $7, and members of the Westchester Symphony Society get in for $15.
This will be the final performance in The Culver City Symphony Orchestra's 12th year performing in Culver City. Veteran's Memorial Auditorium is located at 4117 Overland Ave.
