East Borough Offers Modern Vietnamese Dishes to Downtown Culver City

East Borough, a new Vietnamese restaurant in downtown Culver City began serving lunch this week and will begin dinner service next week. An extension of a popular Costa Mesa restaurant, East Borough offers a variety of Bahn Mi (traditional Vietnamese) sandwiches, which offer grilled pork or meatballs or chicken salad or tofu or sardines, etc., with cucumbers, cilantro, jalapeños, pickled daikon & carrots and mayo served on a fresh baked baguette.

They also offer dishes such as spring rolls and entrees such as vermicelli noodles and beef stew.  The restaurant's Vietnamese salads include "Grilled Pork & Green Papaya" and "Grapefruit Lemongrass." Sounds amazing.

East Borough is located at 9810 Washington Blvd.
