The Online Community for Culver City – The New Scene
Last week, two new restaurants opened downtown Culver City -- in the long-unused building off to the side of the Pacific Theatre. The building is there on the right of the above picture -- you can see how close it is to the Culver Hotel. Culver City trivia: it's our city's original city hall, police department and fire department.
EnjoEat Espresso is a bakery, café, and gelato shop -- with coffee, cappuccino, fresh pastries, panini, tramezzini, gelato, and salads for a quick lunch or break. EnjoEat Espresso also offers fresh bakery products -- bread, cakes, tarts, pastries and mignons.
EnjoEat Classico is a fast-casual restaurant at lunch, and a full-service restaurant for dinner. Lunch is served from 11 am to 5 pm with healthy food, quick service and no frills: you order at the counter and the food is served at the table. Each pasta or entrée comes with a side dish or soup. From 5 pm EnjoEat Classico turns into a full-service restaurant, with an expanded menu and seasonal specials.
Antonio Pellini, the mastermind behind Eatalian Cafe, ExEat and EnjoEat, came from Ventoso, a small village of about 800 people in Italy's Emilia-Romagna region 5 years ago, and with a group of friends from the same village, opened Eatalian Café.
EnjoEat Espresso, and EnjoEat Classico are located at 3912 and 3918 Van Buren Pl.
