Every other friday, I'll post a picture of something in Culver City that is 'hiding in plain sight.'
This time, the question is: Do you know where in Culver CIty this stylish Culver City sign is? If you know, enter your response in the comments box of this post! I'll reveal the answer in two Fridays, when I post a new game.
Last time, I posted this architectural detail:

For the second game in a row, Culver City Times member Evlynne Braithwaite Householder was the first to correctly identify the picture as being the top of the Kirk Douglas Theatre. On the Culver City Times' Facebook page Tim Petersen and Vicki Daly Redholtz also correctly identified it on the day I posted.

And I also loved Culver City Times member Joey's comment, which offered a context for the picture that was both historical and personal: "true the latest picture is the Kirk Douglas theatre," he wrote. "However for me it is a remnant from my childhood as well originally known as the the Culver Theatre! People would sit on benches in the 2 smaller theatres and comfortably stretch out their legs while they smoked just about anything in the back. A wider theater was in the back and reminded me of The Nuart's old cheap seating."
