Hear Superstar Culver City Architect Zoltan Pali Speak This Sunday

Over the course of the next couple of months, The Culver City Cultural Affairs Foundation will present a series of three 'architectureTALKS' -- a that will shine the spotlight on some of the internationally renowned architects based in Culver City.

The first event is scheduled for this Sunday, January 25, and features award-winning architect Zoltan Pali, FAIA, founder and design principal of SPF:architects, whose firm offices are located on Washington Boulevard in the Culver City Arts District. Moderated by architectural writer Thomas Aujero Small, Pali will discuss his work in the creation of the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills. The recently completed and much-celebrated “Wallis” transformed the Spanish Mission Revival United States Post Office with the addition of a stunningly modern, state-of-the-art concert hall and performance space. A reception catered by Akasha is included.

Pali's firm, SPF:architects, has also worked on projects associated with the Greek Theatre, the Pantages, the Egyptian Museum, and the Getty Museum and Amphitheater. HERE's a profile of Pali that will give you more background on this visionary in our midst.

WHEN: Sunday, January 25, 2015, 2:00 – 4:00 pm
WHERE: 8609 W. Washington Boulevard, Culver City, CA 90232
WHO: Zoltan Pali, FAIA, founder and design principal of SPF:architects

Here's an image of another of Pali's projects: what may be the most breathtaking residence in Los Angeles, located on Blue Jay Way in the Hollywood Hills (wait until you see the view):
