4 Leading LGBTQIA+ Advocacy Groups Endorse Triston Ezidore for School Board

Today, Triston Ezidore announces the endorsements of the Stonewall Democratic Club, Stonewall Young Democrats, Equality California, and Victory Fund. Triston is the only candidate for Culver City School board to be endorsed by all 4 leading LGBTQIA+ advocacy groups.

Equality California brings the voices of LGBTQ+ people and allies to institutions of power in California and across the United States, striving to create a world that is healthy, just, and fully equal for all LGBTQ+ people. They advance civil rights and social justice by inspiring, advocating, and mobilizing through an inclusive movement that works tirelessly on behalf of those they serve.

Founded in 1975, Stonewall Democratic Club has been the home for progressive Democrats who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and straight allies of the LGBT community. They are the first “Stonewall Democratic Club” in the country established for gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender individuals and straight allies committed to achieving equality for all and to advancing progressive and feminist values through the Democratic Party.

Stonewall Young Democrats seeks to provide young LGBTQIA Democrats a platform for political participation and mobilization. With an emphasis on uplifting BIPOC leaders, they will strive to foster community, fight for progressive values, and empower members to pursue careers in public service.

Since 1991, Victory Fund has helped elect thousands of LGBTQ people to positions at all levels of government. These LGBTQ voices have made significant contributions to advancing equality for LGBTQ Americans – from passing non-discrimination laws to defeating amendments to ban marriage equality.

Triston’s platform of bold systemic change resonates with voters and community groups who are advocating for a school district built for everyone. For a full list of endorsements, please visit https://www.tristonezidore.com/endorsements.
