The Citizen Publishing Company Building, an architectural landmark built in 1929 as a newspaper publishing business, is now undergoing a metamorphosis into a food hall - "a neighborhood gathering place for food and citizenship."
The Citizen Public Market will have 11 different stalls all housed within the 6,6000 square foot building with the two-story arched entryway combining Beaux Art and Art Deco elements.
Half of the leases have been signed so far according to Eater LA.
