Tell us a little about yourself. Why are you here?
I lived in a Co-Op in Jamaica Queens called Rochdale Village. Because of that wonderful experience buying in Culver Citywas an easy decision. I chose to get involved with the Culver City community as I did in Rochdale Village. If I hadn't lived in Rochdale Village I would have purchased in LA, a huge overpowering city with vast amounts of enclaves and neighborhoods. Culver City is just big enough.

    Clarkdale seems to be between Venice and Culver, between Sepulveda and Overland, right? It's my understanding that the Rollerdome was at Washington Blvd. and Wade St., on the southeast corner -- basically across the street from the car wash where the two Washington's come together in the west. Of course you're right, though: Julie Lugo Cerra would know for sure.
