Event Description

You are a triathlete but you want to improve that weakest leg. Learn advanced swim techniques with the largest group of triathletes in the water.

 

The workouts will run from noon to 1 p.m. Mon/Wed/Fri May 22-June2 at the Culver City Municipal Plunge, 4117 Overland Ave.

 

Can’t get away for lunch? Join us from 6 to 7 p.m. Mon/Wed/Fri or Sunday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. May 21 and 28.

Triathletes who are intent to improve swim with SCAQ. In addition to the enormous number of workouts available, we provide expert feedback and training. Rather than just swimming lap after lap at a slow pace, SCAQ can train you to swim faster and more efficiently (which will save your energy for the bike and the run).
