Give your New Year a cool fresh start with an ocean swim on Venice Beach!  Join the Penguin Club at 12 noon, sign up at 11 am; the swim begins at noon where Venice Blvd ends.  This event is free, and snacks and hot drinks are provided courtesy of the Sidewalk Café. Commemorative T-shirts are available for $10.  We at SCAQ (Southern California Aquatics Club) invite you to tune up for the race at a free Swim 101 workout, where a professional coach will look at your stroke and teach you how to train in your pool.
