Summer may be over but Culver City is here to stay with Downtown Culver City’s Third Wednesday “Hang on to Summer” Happy Hour. Chase your summertime blues away in a neighborhood that’s always hot and happening anytime of year. In the spirit of September, Downtown shops, bars, galleries and restaurants are offering “Back to School Bargains,” including deep discounts, cheap drinks and FREE samples—find a complete list in your “Third Wednesday Curriculum,” available at Melrose Mac, NextSpace, Lundeen’s Gifts. Marston, Lord of the Cello will perform on his unique six-string electric cello, and LA’s rockin’ band Slugger O’Toole will be raising the roof with Irish tunes.
