Event Description
The Ford Signature Series gets summer off to a magical start when world renowned singer/songwriter Aloe Blacc brings his distinct, soulful artistry to the newly renovated Ford stage. Joined under the stars by Los Angeles based guitarist Woody Aplanalp; local Brazilian guitarist Fabiano do Nascimento; East LA-based son jarocho band Cambalache; soul/rock fusion group The Brothers Band; and avant-classical punk power trio The Concentrates, Blacc will perform his own arrangements of songs by Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye, Joni Mitchell and other music icons of American social movements of the past and present.
