Are you like Anthony Bourdain, and love tube encased meats? If the answer to this question for you is yes, then you'll be sure to want to attend the last pop-up of 2012 for Gertlers' Kitchen on Friday December 14th at The Point in Culver City taking  place from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM. Along with Gertlers' Wurst, this pop-up will also feature Gertlers' Kitchen's full menu, much of which will be available to the public for the first time.

This a la carte reasonably priced menu thus far includes:

-Reuben Dog $8 - Pastrami-spiced beef sausage, split-top bun, melted Gruyere, 1005 dressing, house made Sauerkraut.

-Thai Red Curry Wurst $8 - Thai Red Curry sausage with Som Tom Slaw, Coconut Aioli.

-Shrimp Po boy $10 - Grilled Shrimp, Cajun Remoulade. Dressed (lettuce, tomato & pickle)

-Oyster Pò mí $10 (Limited) - Fried Gulf Oysters, pickled daikon, cilantro, shredded carrot, cajun remoulade sauce, Vietnamese baguette

-Crispy Gochuchang tofu Banh Mi-$8

-Hickory Smoked Wings $8 grilled, blue cheese dipping sauce.

-Poutine $8 - Hand cut fries, Irish Cheddar, brisket gravy.

-Mac n' Cheese $4 - A bowl of macaroni cheesy goodness.

-House Made Pickle Plate $3 -

Adam Gertler, Food Network and new HSN personality, along with his brother Keith have been doing pop ups to gather customer feedback and as a preview of their forthcoming restaurant Gertlers' Kitchen which will feature their Gertlers' Wursts made in house. These wursts, in a variety of unique flavors, will be also available in retail outlets.

December 14th also happens to be Keith's 40th birthday, so please also come to this Pop-up to help celebrate this occasion at The Point in Culver City (owned and operated by Bobby Bognar a cook, musician, host of history channel's "Food Tech" and friend of Gertlers' Kitchen).
