Join Friends Helping Others for our second annual Benefit to Help on Saturday, September 24, 2011 from 6 pm to 10 pm at the Helms Bakery Complex, 8723 Washington Blvd, Culver City, CA 90232.

In addition to artwork and merchandise for sale, we will have Ethiopian and Italian appetizers, beer and wine, and free valet parking.

Imagine how art can change the world. Halfway around the globe, a group of children discovered coloring for the first time and expressed themselves through art...we want you to learn all about these children and share in their joy. They embrace the opportunity to learn, to dream about their futures and to take the steps to make those dreams come true.

We invite you to enter their world, exploring their homeland of Ethiopia in a collection of Art - framed photos, large canvas prints, tee-shirts, tote bags, water bottles and the art they created too! Proceeds from the event will benefit the students of the Gonek School in the Tigray Region of Ethiopia. We welcome (and encourage) you to bring your friends to share in this unforgettable experience. It is sure to inspire them, and you, and it will certainly motivate everyone who attends to help others.
