This June 1-2 2022 in Los Angeles, the 13th New Media Film Festival® known for innovation, does it again. In assessing each and every creation that was submitted (yes, even NFT’s) on how to program, this award winning, honouring stories worth telling mandated, story & technology festival is doing this:

Programming the short form versions of long form so more titles have an opportunity for the festival’s long list of perks ( Perks include but are not limited to international exposure, access to legendary companies and Industry leaders, distribution opportunities, Q & A, screenings, VIP Soiree in their honour, a place where what is best for the creator and content in their “creative global playground” is what’s important.

2021/2022 Film Festival of the Year, 2022 Innovation Excellence Awards recipient, New Media Film Festival® showcases multiple platforms of media and film. Creators tell stories through shorts, features, documentaries, AR, AI, mixed media are some of the 28 categories programmed.

The nominee tallies are in, 125 New Media films and content from 29 countries: Australia, Bulgaria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Republic of, Lebanon, Malta, New Zealand, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Syrian Arab Republic, Tahiti, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, USA

44 World Premiere, 6 US Premiere and 35 Los Angeles Premieres. With an astounding 85 Premieres out of 125 titles programmed, New Media Film Festival® is a must attend event.

For 2022 the festival judges are from some of the most notable places such as PBS, BBC, HBO, MARVEL, Rolling Stone, Simon & Schuster, ABC and more! Attendees get to network and engage with creators and influential people from the industry. On June 1 & 2 2022 at The Landmark, 10850 West Pico Boulevard Los Angeles, CA 90064.
