Event Description
The Help Group’s Kids Like Me after-school enrichment program offers a number of classes for children and teens with autism and other special needs in the Los Angeles area. These programs, which begin the week of March 27th and run for a total of 8 weeks, are designed to promote fun and engaging activities under the careful supervision of highly-trained professionals. Each class is adapted to fit the unique needs of the participants and encourages creativity, active participation and the development of important social skills. The classes, most of which run from 4 to 5:15pm, provide each child with the opportunity to build lasting friendships and promote positive interaction with peers.
