If you are thinking about heading to the Culver City tower lighting on Friday, or if you are simply interested in learning about making your home more energy efficient, stop by the Energy Upgrade CA in LA County workshop taking place from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Vets Memorial Building. Along with a presentation about rebates and incentives available through Energy Upgrade CA in LA County (up to $4,000) for making energy efficiency upgrades to your home, there will also be presentations about solar energy and water efficient landscaping methods. If your home has been extra cold this winter season and you are constantly having to run your heater, this workshop is a great opportunity to talk with Participating Contractors and energy efficiency experts first-hand to see if you may be in need of an energy upgrade to your home!
