The Online Community for Culver City – The New Scene
On June 21, Culver City’s dignitaries and art patrons, including Culver City Councilmember Meghan Sahli-Wells, Culver City Cultural Affairs Commissioner Thomas Aujero Small, Deputy Director at the Broad Art Foundation Richard Cherry, and former President of the Los Angeles Arts Commission Merry Norris, attended the award-winning Jacaranda Music Series’ first performance of 2015. The contemporary architectural offices of Rachlin Partners provided a stunning backdrop for the classical sounds of the lauded string ensemble The Lyris Quartet. This exclusive event included an afternoon of wine pairings and craft cocktails with California inspired hors d’oeuvres and desserts. Noted architect Michael Rachlin presented a glimpse into the architectural beauty of his award-winning concert halls.
