Steve Farzam Helps the Hungry with a Donation to Westside Food Bank

Santa Monica, California – Steve Farzam, ( a leading figure and advocate in the Santa Monica community, has given back with a donation of $1,000 to the Westside Food Bank (

The donation is intended to help feed the millions of hungry families in the United States. It is especially important during the holiday season to make sure families have food in their bellies. This is the time of year to give back in any way possible to those not as fortunate.

“I am pleased to help the needy and less fortunate people who are roaming the streets looking for their next meal. Anything I give I know is going in good hands with theWestside Food Bank,” says Steve Farzam. This is not the first time Mr. Farzam has done something like this, nor will it be his last.

The donation was sent to Michael Girsback, Development Associate at the Westside Food Bank, who was pleased to see such generosity during the holiday season especially when so many are struggling to make ends meet.

The Westside Food Bank is located in Santa Monica, California and has been giving back to those in need of food for over 30 years. Annually they distribute approximately 4.5 million pounds of food to 70 different local agencies. Food is never directly distributed to individuals, but rather other agencies that can better distribute the food to those in need.

Giving back is something important to Steve Farzam as he was not always as fortunate as he is now when growing up. Steve has been able to spread wealth to the community by giving back to those that are hungry and continues to spread holiday cheer with this tradition.
