I wanted to start the year off right, with a walk through my favorite town in Los Angeles,  Culver City.  Not much happening this morning most business closed for the holiday but a few were ready and open forcutomers..  As I walked I reflected on the end of another holiday season in Culver City.  The lights that were strung with care will be coming down all too soon in my mind.  I love the holiday lights and decorations that the residents put up annually so glad to see the holiday spirit alive and well in our little hamlet.

2012:  three hundred and sixty-three days to go!  All years are important but this one moreso, with a presidential election and hopefully the agreed upon end of a recession that has continued way too long.  So many feeling the pinch.  Culver City will have kick off campaigns for City Council it will be a busy time for us.

Happy New Year Culver City continue to burn your light the brightest!

Repeat after me Culver City Rocks!!!
