The Online Community for Culver City – The New Scene
On Wednesday, November 14, 2018 the Culver City Elks, under the leadership of Louis Santiesteban, held their annual Veterans Appreciation Dinner. Approximately 50 local veterans were invited to a free, tasty Tri-tip dinner with salad and dessert.
The veterans spent an enjoyable evening in conversation and fellowship.

Culver City Lodge 1917 of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks held their annual charity ball this past Saturday night, Nov. 11. The purpose of this event is to raise money from the members of the Lodge to support the charity work we do for the people of Culver City.

The women of Culver City Elks Lodge #1917 have done it again. They got together to spend a evening dining, painting a picture and bidding on items up for auction. All to benefit the Culver City High School Homeless Children.

The Ballona Creek Wetlands will be open to the public from 9 am to noon the first Saturday of every month. This is a drop in event, so please come down anytime that morning.
