Chop Daddy BBQ Coming to Former 041 Bucaro Site in Downtown Culver City
It was Santa Maria BBQ. Then it was 041 Bucaro, small plate Italian restaurant. Now it's going to be ... a BBQ restaurant.
LA Eater is reporting that 041 Bucaro is no more. Taking it's place in the spring will be a second location of Chop Daddy's, the Venice BBQ house.
The article says that although the new space will be redesigned over the next several months to accommodate 50 seats, "the plan is to immediately soft-open Chop Daddy’s via a small order window affixed to the side of the restaurant...The window will be open for lunch only, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., beginning Monday, January 12."
