The Online Community for Culver City – The New Scene
Construction -- or at least destruction -- continues on the former car dealership on the southeast corner of Washington and Sepulveda in Culver City.
According to a representative of owner Continental Development Corporation, the property is being remodeled into retail space. The company is in negotiations with Starbucks, Chase Bank, Chipotle, Elevation Burger and Jersey Mike's Subs to fill the building on the corner. Continental is in negotiations with Fresh & Easy to occupy the new building to be erected in the property to the south.
