Culver City Art Crawl This Saturady

(an image from Siri Kaur's "Know Me for the First Time," at Blythe Projects Gallery in Culver City)

Nearly all of the galleries in the Culver City will celebrate new openings this Saturday, October 29, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.  As always, these openings are free and open to the public.

All the galleries are within a couple of blocks of one another, so it's easy to check out all the shows in a couple of hours. Here's a map to help you negotiate the terrain.

Chuck Close's show is opening at Blum & Poe, which is a must-see, but don't miss the following galleries as well:

Blythe Projects

Cardwell/Jimmerson

Cherry and Martin

Honor Fraser

Emma Gray

JK Gallery

Kopeikin

Koplin Del Rio

David Kordansky

LaBasse Projects

Walter Maciel, and

Mark Moore
