Culver City Symphony To Perform Saint-Saëns, Sibelius, Brahms This Saturday
The Culver City Symphony Orchestra is presenting a concert this Saturday, April 6, at 8:00 pm at Veterans Memorial Auditorium. Admission is $10, and $5 for kids 17 years of age and under. The concert is free for Westchester Symphony Society members.
For this special concert featuring winners from the orchestra-sponsored Parness Concerto Competition, the orchestra will present:
Camille Saint-Saëns: Concerto for Violin No. 3, 3rd Mvt.(1880)
Jean Sibelius: Violin Concerto, 1st Mvt. (1903)
Johanes Brahms: Symphony No. 1, Opus 68 (1876)
Veteran's Memorial Auditorium is located at 4117 Overland Ave.
