Heidi Duckler Dance Theatre will present a dance performance, with choreography built into and around a 1961 vintage Oasis trailer, in Parcel B in downtown Culver City, this Saturday, May 4th, at 8:30 and 9:30. Tickets are $15 and $10 for seniors and students.

According to the artists, the performance, called At the Oasis, will explore “the idea of home as something one takes with them as they travel, move, and participate in daily life. A reaction to Los Angeles’ sprawling, mobile climate, the traveling production will become an inclusive public engagement vehicle.” 

I think it's great that the city continues to come up with uses for Parcel B, including serving as home to an outdoor skating rink this winter and as home to a hub for CicLAvia. Now this dance project...
