Last Friday afternoon, I noticed this bit of tree trimming on Washington Boulevard, just west of Overland. That's Best Buy on the right, and on the left, across the street, is my favorite bakery in town, Lonzo's.

Then I made a left on Sepulveda Boulevard and saw more work being done by the city: new trees were being planted on the west side of the street between Culver Boulevard and Jefferson Boulevard. Thanks Culver City!!
