LA Curbed is reporting that Bastion Development Corp. is planning to build a 4-Story, 100-Unit mixed-use building at the Northwest corner of Washington and Inglewood. The picture above is not the proposed design of the building on the corner in question, but it is another apartment house being built right down the street (just east of CostCo) by the same developer. So it should give us some idea of their "nice" design ideas.
