Weil, it's been more than a month now since they closed the Expo Line lot—which was plumb full every weekday as well as for sporting events at the Coliseum and for other special events such as the Women's March. And yet there's still no construction happening.

That's a month that faithful Expo train riders could have been using the lot. Surely someone knew that no construction was going to begin right away. Why did the lot have to be closed so early?
