Progress Report: Artist Patrick Marston Creating Magical Mural in Culver City

Artist Patrick Marston has been working away on his mural at the corner of Washington Place and McLaughlin Ave. Here's an overview of his progress. When complete, it's going to be magnificent.

Here's a close-up of that little piece of paper on the fish's tail in the above photo: a little glimpse of what was in Marston's head this whole time:
