Shojin Japanese Vegan Restaurant to Open on the Former Sazon Site in Culver City This Friday

That didn't take long. Just a couple of weeks ago, we heard that Sazon Latin Fusion in West Culver City was closing its doors. Now comes the news that the space wil be taken over by a Japanese vegan and macrobiotic restaurant named Shojin -- this Friday, March 8th! The original Shojin is located on S. Alameda in Little Tokyo, so it's authentic. The whole menu, which includes ponzu seitan, apricot kale salad, and grilled portobello steak can be seen HERE, but here's a highlight from the menu's sushi section:
