That didn't take long. Just a couple of weeks ago, we heard that Sazon Latin Fusion in West Culver City was closing its doors. Now comes the news that the space wil be taken over by a Japanese vegan and macrobiotic restaurant named Shojin -- this Friday, March 8th! The original Shojin is located on S. Alameda in Little Tokyo, so it's authentic.
