The first track a nine-minute, spacey guitar bliss-out from laid-back father-of-two Kurt Vile. It's not a second too long.

The second is an old favorite from Real Estate. I love the locked-in quality of the twin guitar leads. The song appeared on the New Jersey band's 2011 album, Days. Very smooth.

Ducktails is the side project of Real Estate guitarist Matt Mondanile, and their brand new album is filled with low-key gems like this one, which sounds like an outtake from Todd Rundren's Something/Anything album.
