Sound Off About Fracking in Culver City
The Culver City City Council Oil Drilling Subcommittee -- including Mayor Andrew Weissman and Councilmember Meghan Sahli-Wells -- and California State Assemblymember Holly J. Mitchell have organized a public meeting regarding the use of hydraulic fracturing in the oil well drilling process. All members of the public are welcome to attend and voice their opinion and gather information. The event is this friday, December 14, from 9:30 am to noon at the Veterans Memorial Building Auditorium at 4117 Overland Avenue.
