One of Australia’s most famous street artist, Stormie Mills, recently painted one of his typically melancholic figures on the Branded Arts Building at National and Washington Blvds in Culver CIty. Mills' work has appeared on the streets and gallery walls throughout the world, and this little guy is a welcome addition to a space that -- at least until it's torn down -- serves as a funky welcome to the Expo-riding visitors to the city.
