Does anybody know what's became of the Culver City Fire Department fire station at Berryman & Segrell Way (between El Marino Park and Sepulveda)? All the signage has been removed and there are some ad circulars piling up at the door. Is it closed for good? Where did the firefighters move to? What will become of that proprety?

Aha, thanks for the info guys! FWIW, I don't mind the "build to the property line" houses. I think they're good for overall local housing price averages. :)
Here's what Culver City Times member Tony Gaimari shared on the Culver City Times Facebook page a minute ago: "In an ironic twist of fate I was walking my dog the other night and the fire engine and paramedics came racing up Sepulveda to a call a the house two doors from the old station."
The fire station at Berryman and Segrell Way is closed for good. The Firefighters moved to their new station on Bristol Parkway. I think the City Council, last week, started looking into what to do with that property. Because the neighborhood is zoned ONLY for single family homes, the most that can be built there on that space are 3 single family homes. It will be up to the neighborhood to let their council know that they don't want those "built to the property line" type of homes!
