Cardiff Realty Present Its Proposed Design for Parcel B in Downtown Culver City.

In the beginning of October the Culver City City Council was presented the designs proposed by the four developers named finalists to develop 9300 Culver Boulevard -- that 1-acre plot of land between Ince Parking Structure and the Culver Hotel, known as Parcel B. Earlier this week, I showed you images from the presentations of the Tolkin Group and Combined Properties.

Today, I have images from the design presented by Tom Davies of Cardiff Realty Holdings, which offered an open air shopping experience, a classic brick and stucco feel, and -- most exceptionally -- a unique rooftop park. Cardiff called the new space "Parc + Main."

You can read Cardiff's entire proposal here.

I like being on the roofs of the parking garages in Culver City in general

Yes, those are rooftop parks. Lovely idea, although I do worry about a feeling of isolation up there if one were alone...

That is really an amazing looking plan - are those rooftop parks?
