The Online Community for Culver City – The New Scene
In the beginning of October the Culver City City Council was presented the designs proposed by the four developers named finalists to develop 9300 Culver Boulevard -- that 1-acre plot of land between Ince Parking Structure and the Culver Hotel, known as Parcel B. Earlier this week, I showed you images from the presentations of the Tolkin Group and Combined Properties.
Today, I have images from the design presented by Tom Davies of Cardiff Realty Holdings, which offered an open air shopping experience, a classic brick and stucco feel, and -- most exceptionally -- a unique rooftop park. Cardiff called the new space "Parc + Main."
You can read Cardiff's entire proposal here.
