Curbed LA hips us to the latest renderings of a new 7-story office building soon to be erected at the corner of Hannum Ave. and Uplander Way in the Fox Hills area of Culver CIty. Yep, those are colorful exterior staircases.

As Curbed LA says, it's a real sign of times that they're touting the building's proximity to 'bike routes and the Expo Line light rail' as reasons why you should set up shop in Culver City.
