LYFE Kitchen in downtown Culver City received some attention from KCAL, channel 9, last week. The channel's local news program interviewed the restaurant's executive chef Tal Ronnen, who explains some of the tips he uses to balance health and taste in the dishes he creates. As is often the case, the profile is pretty much a content-free zone, but it is good to put a name and face to the food at LYFE Kitchen.
