Combined Properties' proposal outlines what they believe is a "a realistic timeline for a number of major milestones for the project." They have used the developer selection date as the starting point for the schedule.
Of course, it is completely hypothetical, but it looks like we could be buying having a coffee on the grand staircase in December of 2014. I can't wait!
