I had previously reported that the new construction on the southeast corner of Sepulveda and Washington Blvds would likely be home to a Chase Bank, a Starbucks, a Chipotle restaurant, and Jersey Mike's Sub shop. Now a new banner on the building has confirmed this and has given us more to look forward to. 

New on the roster are Pei Wei Asian Market (See MENU here); a House of Fitness "nutrition superstore;" and Kimukatsu, a Japanese restaurant with another location Waikiki, HI, that specializes in pork cutlet.

But the one that is the most exciting to me is: 

Sage Organic Vegan Bistro - KindThe sister restaurant to Sage on Sunset Blvd. in Echo Park, Sage describes itself as "a restaurant that meat eaters and vegans and vegetarians adore. We work with several organic farms including Tutti Frutti and South Central that supply us with local, in season produce."
