Shoes for the Homeless in Culver City Needs Your Help with their "Shoe Processing" Today

Shoes for the Homeless -- a non-profit organization founded by local podiatrist Ira Diamond that provides "gently used" and new shoes free of charge to the homeless -- has organized one of its semi-regular "shoe processing" date for today, Friday, July 13th from 4-5 pm. They could really use help with this task and are requesting volunteers. The shoe processing will take place at 4123 Jackson Avenue in Culver City.

If you're reading this too late to help -- not to worry, there will be more opportunities in the future. Call 213-309-4084 or email diamondline@earthlink.net to get more information about the organization and to find out when the next shoe processing date will be.
