I'm really digging the Bitches Brew vibe flowing from Los Angeles-based Thy Odd Birds.
The band is Boyd Peterson on bass, Paul Krueger on keys, JK Benjamin on drums, Max Kaplan on sax, and Robert Patrick on guitar.
Check them out live next Thursday, May 26, at Good Hurt, at 12249 Venice Blvd. They're set to go on at 9:30.
