Periodically, I post a picture of something in Culver City that is 'hiding in plain sight.' Two weeks ago I asked: Do you know where in Culver City these 'dirty parts' are?

Unfortunately, no one was able to correctly identify this landmark, so the next week, I added a little context and showed the whole sign:

That did the trick. We had two correct entries this week -- quiz newcomer Kirk Aguer as well as long-time competitor Luis Lopez -- who both identified it as as being just west of the intersection of Washington Blvd and Inglewood in West Culver City, on the south side of the street. Kirk Aguer added: "Great 4x4 shop/store!"

In retrospect it's easy to understand how this funny little mini-mall -- tucked right in behind The Wood -- evades the attention of most Culver Citizens. Strange amalgamation of businesses. Raise your hand, somebody, if you've been in there!
