The answer is that this is the sign for the Bluebird Cafe at 8572 National Boulevard in the Hayden Tract.
Bluebird Cafe has a lovely outdoor patio and does a lively lunch business. As a matter of fact, they're only open from 11 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.
Yelp users especially recommend the hamburger on brioche or the ahi tuna burger. And be sure to leave room for an "absolutely delicious," "homemade-looking" red velvet cupcake.
